There are three ways to apply for membership.
Option 1
If you are a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, indicate on your AAP dues notice that you would like to join the Maine Chapter by checking the box marked “Maine Chapter”.

Download a Membership Application and send it along with a check for the proper amount to:
