Save the Dates: Resiliency-Built Pediatric Care Training (ACES, SDOH & Developmental Screening)

This training, led by the MH ACEs and Resiliency Team and the MH Children’s Health Service Line, reviews a care model that supports our program objective to mitigate Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and social determinants of health (SDOH) barriers in order to promote resiliency and development to enhance the entire family unit. This training takes a trauma-informed, health-equity, resilience-building approach to early development. AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ available.

Topics include:

· How to administer, score and respond to the Survey of Wellbeing of Young Childhood (SWYC) developmental screener.

· How to utilize available resources for SDOH support for families including the MH Patient Assistance Line (PAL), MH FindHelp and the State of Maine Help Me Grow Program.
