2024 Maine Cannabis Prevention Summit Series

New cannabis products that include high amounts of THC, and other ingredients are infiltrating the market. Children, adolescents, and young adults are using these products more and more, and often co-using with tobacco. This presentation will provide a brief overview of these products, including THC levels, addiction, and other health effects, as well as marketing of these products. The presentation will then focus on Stanford REACH Lab’s evidence-based cannabis prevention curricula and interventions and resources that can be used to help prevent and reduce use of cannabis.
