New Law: Universal Lead Testing for all children in Maine at ages 1 and 2

State law LD 1116 and 976 were passed this summer that requires Universal Lead Testing for all children in Maine at ages 1 and 2.

The CDC’s Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Unit did a webinar on October 21 with Karyn Butts, MPH, Manager, Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Unit, and Andy Smith, SM, ScD, the CDC’s State Toxicologist.
