Children’s oral health risks and outcomes are shaped by numerous factors, including access to preventive care, maternal oral health, and timely treatment of disease; even before birth. This webinar will explore the connection between maternal and child health, from pregnancy through early childhood. Drawing on clinical experience, national guidance, and real‑world workflows, our expert speakers will discuss how oral health teams can collaborate effectively with prenatal and pediatric care providers to improve access, safety, and continuity of care. It will also present common barriers to care; including workflow challenges and Medicaid-related coverage variations and highlight practical strategies learners can implement in their own settings.
