- Identify the key componenets of a trauma-informed approach in early childhood settings, including practices that create safety, predictability, and emotional connection.
- Describe how Positive Childhood Experiences (PCEs) and Positive Education practices - such as consistent relationships with caring adults and emotion regulation-buffer the effects of trauma and promote school engagement.
