The Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention (Maine CDC) wants to learn about issues that are of most concern to families in Maine. Please join us for a community input forum to discuss the needs of women, children, and families in Maine. Your active participation will help inform the state’s health programs and priorities for the next five years. The Maine CDC has contracted with the organization Altarum, a nonprofit healthcare research and consulting organization, to facilitate these input forums.

The dates and locations of the three community input forums are:

    • Bangor Input Forum: March 18, 2024 from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
    • Augusta Input Forum: March 22, 2024 from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
    • Biddeford Input Forum: March 25, 2024 from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
