Posted on March 03, 2026

Wednesday, March 18th from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, Zoom

Schedule: Every Other Wednesday starting February 4th through April 15th, 2026

Hosted by Dartmouth Health

Changing state policies in the U.S. have made cannabis increasingly available for both recreational and therapeutic use. As a result, healthcare clinicians must often engage with health issues related to cannabis, including informed decision-making when patients request certification for therapeutic use, identification of harmful misuse or cannabis use disorder, avoidance of cannabis-medication interactions, and management of side effects of cannabis use, among others. This ECHO course will explore the changing societal context of cannabis use, the biologic properties of cannabis and its potential harms and benefits, and best practices in clinical management across the spectrum of cannabis-related health issues.
